What does Rule 506(c) mean?
It is an SEC exemption that allows a private company to advertise an offering publicly, provided every investor is accredited and verified. The offering is not registered with the SEC.
How is my money protected before the raise closes?
Funds are held in escrow until the minimum offering amount is reached, as described in the offering documents.
Can I sell my investment later?
This is an illiquid, long-term private investment. There is no public market, and transfers are restricted.
